**Mandatory skills**:

- Proven experience in telecalling and telesales.
- Strong selling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Excellent verbal communication in clear and fluent English/Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.
- Knowledge of insurance products from LIC internship or training.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive and persuasive attitude.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest.
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs for effective pitching.
- Handle customer objections and provide convincing solutions.
- Close sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and telecalling etiquette.
