**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Calls**: Make up to 100 outbound calls each day to prospective students and their families.
- **Generate Walk-ins**: Encourage people to visit our institute through telephone calls.
- **Enquiries**: Handle counselling sessions for walk-in enquiries, aiming to convert them into enrollments by explaining the courses we offer.
- **Follow-Ups**: Make regular follow-up calls to answer all queries and keep prospective students informed about the admission process.
- **Reporting**: Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities and results for management review.
- **Target Accountability**: Take responsibility for meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, admission counsellor, education counsellor, or in any similar roles.
- Proficiency in English and Telugu is mandatory.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and counselling sessions daily.
- High level of patience and ability to manage stress.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
