Job Description: Customer Support Executive in Blended Voice Process
Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: Blended Voice Process
Location: Chennai, India (Concentrix Fortune Towers, Kovilambakkam)
Shift: Rotational Day Shift (6 days working + 1 day off)
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Arabic (CL 12 requirement)
**Salary**: Competitive: 2.66 LPA to 3.68 LPA (based on experience and qualifications)
**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone and other communication channels.
2. Handle customer inquiries and complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, addressing their concerns effectively.
4. Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the database.
5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure swift issue resolution.
6. Follow established processes and guidelines to meet performance targets and quality standards.
7. Communicate effectively with customers in the specified languages, ensuring clarity and understanding.
8. Handle both inbound and outbound calls as required by the process.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally
5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
6. Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and handle pressure
Shift and Transport:
Rotational Day Shift (6 days working + 1 day off)
No cab facility will be provided, but a transportation allowance of Rs. 2000 will be given.
Salary and Benefits:
