**Responsibilities**
- No Cold Calls, Ready Enquiries/ Leads by Digital Marketing Teams.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into the database.
- Learning & Implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Make Quotations according to Design & Client's requirements.
- Develop relationships and rapport with Clients.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, friendly manner.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Great communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- An enthusiastic and flexible attitude to work.
- Must be a good team builder, motivator, and handler
- Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team-playing ability
- Good Grasping Power
- Eager to learn new technologies
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
