**Position**:Donor Relations Executive

**Job Location**: Khar West, Mumbai

**Brief about Aseema**: Aseema Charitable Trust is a Mumbai based non-governmental organization with a mission to equip children from marginalized communities with high quality, value based education enabling development of their limitless potential. It works in partnership with the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai and is currently running three MCGM schools - The Pali Chimbai Municipal School and Pereira Wadi Municipal in Bandra (West) and The Kherwadi Municipal School in Bandra (East).

In Igatpuri, Aseema works with very poor tribal children who live in the remote tribal village to provide them with quality education. Today we reach out to more than over 3000 students and besides the finest quality of education, we provide them with nutritious meals and also attend to their physical and mental well-being. Co-curricular activities like sports, art, music, dance, judo and yoga are carried out in all our schools so that the children receive a well-rounded and holistic education. We also cater to over 900 alumni who are studying at Universities and also assist them with securing employment. Aseema’s training team works with low-income schools in Kanpur and Lucknow and trains teachers there on Aseema’s education approach.

**Position Summary**:
As a Donor Relations Executive your primary responsibilities would include maintaining relationships with key donors and liaising with them to strengthen the partnerships. You will need to explore and ensure new donors are brought onboard thereby expanding our donor base. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support the fundraising activities of the organization.
- Prepare narrative reports for corporates and individuals
- Organize school visits for donors. Create schedules and monitor employee engagements for corporates.
- Identify new and prospective donors to expand donor base
- Assist in fundraising campaigns such as Tata Mumbai Marathon and / or web-based fundraising campaigns.
- Assist in achieving fundraising targets
- Liaise with donors for finalization of proposals & MOUs
- Liaise with donors to ensure that all requirements are met to strengthen the partnerships.
- Maintain & update Aseema's website & Facebook page

**Education**:Graduate/Post-Graduate in any field

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Proactive with excellent critical thinking and planning skills.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS office toolkit
- Strong analytical skills and statistical expertise preferred.
