**Overview**: The Field Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the Elite Games Federation by managing and executing donation collection activities across Pune. This position involves direct interaction with potential donors, promoting the federation’s mission, and ensuring the effective collection and management of donations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Donation Collection**:

- Conduct field visits to identify and engage with potential donors, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
- Solicit and collect donations in line with the federation’s guidelines and goals.
- Ensure all donations are properly recorded and handled in accordance with established procedures.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Represent the Elite Games Federation in a professional manner, explaining the federation’s mission, programs, and the impact of donations.
- Distribute promotional materials and provide information about upcoming events and initiatives.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Address donor inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow up with donors as needed to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing support.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of all donation activities and interactions with donors.
- Prepare regular reports on donation collection progress and provide feedback on field activities.
- Submit daily or weekly activity reports to the supervisor as required.
- **Compliance and Integrity**:

- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards regarding donation collection and financial transactions.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in all donation-related activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in field sales, fundraising, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and persuade potential donors, excellent organizational skills.
- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is a plus.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field-based position with frequent travel throughout Pune.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet the needs of donors and the federation’s activities.
