**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **End to end sales & Business Development**: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the IT sector, including small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and enterprise-level clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients and prospects by providing exceptional service, regular check-ins, and by understanding their business needs.
- **Product & Solution Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest IT software solutions, and industry trends to provide the best possible solution to clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Demos**: Conduct in-person or virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing how our products and services can solve their IT challenges.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and targets by closing new deals and upselling to existing clients.
- **Negotiation & Closing Deals**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to successfully close sales and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- **Market Research**: Conduct regular market research to identify competitive products, market trends, and client needs.
- **Reporting & Administration**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and accounts in the CRM system.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
