**Job Description - Customer Success Associate**

**Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit hospitals and patient’s homes to setup devices
- Conduct site recce and inform about device requirements to remote team
- Train nurses, doctors, patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard
- Coordinate with remote team and inform about activities conducted during the visit
- Build and manage relationship with nurses, doctors etc

**Requirements**:

- Executive should be hard-working and sincere, should be okay to travel long distances
- Executive needs to have a 2-wheeler and a smartphone of their own
- Should have good communication skills, and command over local language
- Prior field experience is a plus
- Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred

**Additional good-to-have(s)**
- If you have experience in the hospital/ healthcare segment
- If you have experience in working with startups

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹370,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Medical device: 1 year (preferred)
- Field operation: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Marathi (preferred)
