**Sales & Business Development**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identifying and securing new clients through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and networking.
- **Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meeting or exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products or services.
- **Market Research**: Gathering market intelligence and feedback to understand customer needs and preferences.

**Customer Service & Support**:

- **On-site Visits**: Conducting on-site visits to clients' locations for consultations, installations, or troubleshooting.
- **Issue Resolution**: Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to products or services.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Providing demonstrations and training on product usage to clients.

**Field Operations & Data Collection**:

- **Site Inspections**: Conducting site visits to assess conditions, collect data, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**: Gathering and documenting information related to field activities, and reporting findings to management.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with the back-office team, dispatch, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
