**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining stock market products, and guiding clients on investment options.
- **Market Knowledge**: Utilize your expertise in the stock market to advise clients on trends, opportunities, and investment strategies. Ensure clients are well-informed about market risks and returns.
- **Sales Support**: Assist in promoting financial products like equities, mutual funds, derivatives, and bonds. Help generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales to meet revenue goals.
- **Product Education**: Educate customers on different financial products and services, ensuring they understand how they work and how they align with their financial goals.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Ensure the completion and maintenance of all sales-related documents, contracts, and client records in compliance with regulations. Prepare sales reports as needed.
- **Compliance & Regulations**: Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure all activities comply with the industry standards and company policies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement and company performance.
- **Market Research**: Continuously monitor the stock market, economic news, and trends to keep clients informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

**Requirements**:

- **NISM Certification**: A valid NISM certification is **compulsory** (such as NISM-Series-I: Securities Markets Foundation).
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year of experience** in the stock market (or related financial field), with a strong understanding of market instruments like equities, derivatives, and mutual funds.
- **Education**: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields is desirable but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of stock market operations, trading platforms, and investment products.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
