**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and helping clients understand financial products, including stock market-related services.
- Offer advice on stock market trends, investment opportunities, and risk management.
- Assist customers in choosing financial products that align with their investment goals.
- **Product Promotion**:

- Actively promote and cross-sell financial products and services (e.g., stocks, mutual funds, bonds, etc.).
- Keep customers updated on new product offerings and market changes that may benefit them.
- **Market Knowledge**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes within the stock market and investment sector.
- Use market analysis tools to assist customers and provide relevant financial advice.
- **Sales Support**:

- Ensure sales goals are met by actively engaging with customers and driving revenue.
- Assist with product displays, stock management, and inventory as necessary.
- **Operational Support**:

- Process transactions accurately, including investment-related sales and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all customer interactions and financial transactions comply with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements, including NISM guidelines.
- Keep confidential customer information secure.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- At least 1 year of experience in the stock market, financial services, or a related field.
- **Certifications**:

- NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) certification is compulsory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of stock market concepts, financial products, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and retail management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
