- Retail Sales Assistant-Storyteller

- Step outside the store and approach the customers
- Take the initiative to distribute pamphlets / vouchers in order to market & attract the customers to the brand
- Flair for storytelling and not shy away from approaching customers in the vicinity
- Flexibility to work in shifts Roles & Responsibilities
- Attract new customers and increase sales by engaging with people outside the store.
- Promote various products by explaining their benefits and uniqueness.
- Must be able to confidently converse with guests and potential customers.
- Interact with 80-100 people per day with the goal of convincing at least 50 to visit the store.
- Maintain a record of customer names and contact numbers. Offer sample products in exchange for their details as a marketing strategy.
- Recognize potential customers based on appearance or behaviour.
- Approach foreign tourists or females who are more likely to be interested in skincare, wellness, and personal care products.
- Have punchlines ready and know how to start conversations with potential customers.
