ViralChilly is a leading digital marketing agency in Jaipur, working with top brands like Canva, Adobe, and Stillio. We're all about innovation and results, and we’re looking for a Meta Ads who can lead the charge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to target the right customer segments.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, ensuring efficient budget utilization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using META Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
- Stay updated with platform trends, ad policies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in managing META advertising campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in tools like META Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, bid strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

We work Monday to Friday.

Saturday and Sunday are off.
