Key Responsibilities: -Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to achieve business goals and maximize ROI. -Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from start to nish, including budgeting, targeting, and creative development. -Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. -A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to determine the most effective ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. -Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience insights and data to create precise targeting strategies for different customer segments. -Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest Facebook advertising trends, tools, and best practices. -Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of social media marketers, providing guidance and support to achieve campaign objectives. -Client Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure their advertising goals are met. -Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.

Required Skills and Experience: -Minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specializing in Meta advertising -Proven track record of managing successful Meta ad campaigns -In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and related tools -Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Prociency in using analytics and reporting tools -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related eld (preferred) -Should be able to take virtual meetings with the clients independently.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
