**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective advertising strategies across Meta platforms, aligning with business goals and target audience.
- Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns, focusing on budget efficiency and high-performance outcomes.
- Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing, and targeting refinement to maximize ad reach and engagement.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, generating insights to inform optimizations.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring compliance with Meta’s advertising policies.
- Stay updated on Meta’s ad policies, features, and tools, leveraging new functionalities to enhance campaigns.
- Conduct competitor research and identify emerging trends to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
- Prepare detailed reports on ad performance, KPIs, and ROI, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending actionable strategies.
- Monitor ad budgets closely to ensure alignment with financial objectives and ROI targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Meta Ads Expert, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
- Expertise in audience segmentation, A/B testing, and optimizing ad creative and targeting.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Experience managing advertising budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
