Role Overview We’re hiring a Senior Google & Meta Ads Expert to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is analytical, result-oriented, and experienced in scaling ad performance across both Google and Meta platforms. Key Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). - Conduct detailed audience and keyword research to refine targeting and improve reach. - Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to enhance performance. - Monitor budgets, ROI, and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). - Collaborate with creative teams for ad visuals and messaging alignment. - Analyze data to identify optimization and scaling opportunities. - Stay updated with platform changes, policies, and new ad features. - Provide clear reports and actionable insights to internal teams or clients. Requirement - Proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. - Strong understanding of key performance metrics — ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, and funnel strategies. - Experience managing high-budget campaigns across multiple industries. - Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
