We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team at IND as Client Relations Associates. As a Client Relations Associate, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals and preschool owners, forging strategic partnerships, and driving business growth. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate freshers who possess excellent communication skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the field of neurodevelopment.

**Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:

- **Doctor Engagement**: Identify and reach out to paediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to promote IND's services and offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare practitioners to generate referrals and leads.
- **Preschool Outreach**: Visit preschools, early childhood centres, and educational institutions to introduce IND's programs and services aimed at supporting children with neurodevelopmental challenges. Present IND's value proposition and benefits to preschool owners, administrators, and educators.
- **Business Development Activities**: Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships. Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to expand IND's presence and visibility within the community.
- **Relationship Management**: Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and inform IND's strategic decision-making process.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, meetings, and business development activities. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and summaries to track progress, achievements, and key metrics.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align business development efforts with organizational goals and objectives. Provide input and feedback to support the development of marketing materials, sales collateral, and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
- Willingness to travel locally within Kolkata and surrounding areas as needed.
