**Role description**:

- Develop an understanding of the Grant Thornton audit approach, methodology and tools
- Demonstrate working knowledge of auditing and aptitude for technical accounting
- Execute components of audit under remote service delivery model in an effective and efficient manner
- Gain understanding of client operations, processes, and business objectives and utilize that knowledge on engagements
- Demonstrate flexibility and agility in serving clients
- Follow instructions of seniors and provide guidance to Analysts.
- Experienced Associates assist with on the job training and coaching of Analyst and new Associate
- Anticipate project issues and take appropriate measures to resolve
- Conduct and interact with US team via Skype call in order to enhance good relationships
- Attend professional development and training sessions on a regular basis
- Understand and adapt to the Grant Thornton corporate culture
- Participate in the buddy program

**Skills**:

- Basic analytical, technical and accountings skills.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Project Management: Manage multiple tasks.
- Basic People Management Skills
- Problem Solving Skills : Resolve questions of Analyst
- Basic written and oral communications: Ability to explain the tasks and processes to Senior Associate. Write professional mails
