**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. As an Accountant at our CA firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and providing them with a wide range of accounting services, including financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory support. Your expertise in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance will be essential to assist clients in meeting their financial obligations and optimizing their financial performance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and standards.
- Assist clients in tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns, computations, and supporting documentation, ensuring adherence to applicable tax laws and regulations.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, such as recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling bank statements, to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as an Accountant, preferably in a CA firm or public accounting environment.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software and tools, such as Excel, and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality financial records.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus.
