- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and resolving issues with HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
- **Compliance**:Adhering to industry standards, safety regulations (like OSHA), and appliance standards.
