Hvac Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Management**:Lead and supervise a team of HVAC technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they are operating efficiently and effectively.
- **Preventative Maintenance**:Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure system longevity.
- **Troubleshooting**:Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing solutions and ensuring timely repairs.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure all work is completed to company standards and safety regulations, conducting quality checks and inspections.
- **Inventory Management**:Manage and order necessary parts, supplies, and equipment for HVAC systems.
- **Project Management**:Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of HVAC projects, including installations, retrofits, and modifications.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and safety guidelines.
- **Reporting**:Prepare reports on HVAC system status, maintenance activities, and project progress.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other departments to ensure efficient workflow and project completion

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
