Responsibilities

Project Planning & Kickoff

  • Take over projects from sales/design with complete documentation (KOC, BOQ, drawings).
  • Prepare site schedules, vendor allocation, and resource plans.
  • Anticipate material and manpower needs to avoid execution delays.

Site Execution & Supervision

  • Manage day-to-day site activities (carpentry, POP, electrical, HVAC, finishes).
  • Conduct AM/PM daily updates in project groups.
  • Monitor compliance with design drawings, QC standards, and safety norms.
  • Maintain site visit reports, cashbooks, and daily progress logs.

Client & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as client-facing representative during execution.
  • Share timely progress updates, photos, and walkthroughs.
  • Collect client feedback ratings at milestones.
  • Escalate critical issues promptly while maintaining accountability.

Vendor & Cost Control

  • Supervise vendor teams and minimize porter/vendor change counts.
  • Submit vendor QC forms, agreements, and payment documentation.
  • Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Ensure full client payment collection per process.

Documentation & Handover

  • Ensure handover timeliness with signed client handover forms.
  • Maintain RDash (project tracking tool) with 100% accuracy.
  • Document discrepancies (design vs. execution) with corrective measures.
  • Share before/after photos, installation content, and completion reports.

Cross-Site & Team Contribution

  • Support fellow PMs on other projects when required.
  • Refer and onboard new vendors or site leads.
  • Handle porter coordination and material logistics.

Good to Have (Preferred):

  • Commercial site supervision experience.
  • Willingness to Travel
  • Knowledge in interiors
  • Basic AutoCAD/SketchUp reading to verify drawings and resolve on-site doubts.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
