Hvac Opreator

An HVAC operator, or HVAC technician, installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They also monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
- Perform technical and maintenance inspections
- Recharge refrigerant levels
- Check for leaks
- Ensure the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly
- Perform energy-efficiency upgrades
- Explain maintenance procedures to customers
- Maintain accurate records

**Qualifications**:

- Customer-service skills

Training and certification
- Most states have licensing requirements for HVAC service technicians
- Many complete apprenticeships, which take 3-5 years to complete

Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HVAC systems and environmental controls
- Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
