**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Converting client ad spending into direct revenue by managing and optimizing ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp/ Snapchat) and E-Commerce marketplaces.
- Strategizing and overseeing performance growth, ensuring alignment with client's business goals.
- Oversee daily budget management, billing reconciliation, and spend pacing to optimize performance and consistently improve ROAS.
- Designing, planning, and optimizing landing page experiments while continuously executing and analyzing A/B tests to enhance the performance of PPC ad campaigns.
- Building budget recommendations and media plans to drive client success.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to discover data-driven ways to optimize campaign performance.
- Reporting key performance indicators and lead generation insights during client reporting calls.
- Ensuring a test-and-learn approach in all campaign activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 year in a performance marketing role at a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience working with B2B, B2C, and D2C clients across industries such as retail, fashion, and real estate.
- Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Shopify Ads. Running sales and lead generation campaigns is essential.
- Fair communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.

**What We Expect from You in the First 6 Months**:

- Develop a Deep Understanding: Gain a solid grasp of the business operations, objectives, and the market landscape you’ll be supporting.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish collaborative and effective working relationships with the Founders and Team Members.
- Take Ownership: Transition into a fully independent role, managing end-to-end campaign activities, from planning to execution.
- Strategic Support: Work closely with the Paid Media Head of Department (HOD) to contribute to strategy development, campaign execution, and performance reporting.
- Drive Excellence: Uphold and enhance paid media standards through rigorous quality control, maintaining account hygiene, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
