- Connecting via Calls/WhatsApp/Chats (Zoho Desk/Picky Assist)/ eMails (Zoho Tickets) with All Inbound/ Outbound Qualified Leads as per Defined Priorities
- Create Deals, Prepare Quotation, SO, Follow-Up & Negotiation
- Coordinate with Operations Team
- Payment Collection
- Day-to-Day DATA Updation on CRM
- Channel Partner Acquisition
- Repeat Business Generation
- Reference Generation
- Complaint Handling
- Reviews/Feedback/Testimonial Collection
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Physics or Chemistry; B.Tech/ Diploma in Engineering
- Experience: 3 - 6 Years
- Communication Skills: English (Written & Spoken): Intermediate; Hindi (Spoken): Intermediate
- Age: within 35 years
- Gender: Male/Female
