- Determines ways to achieve, increase revenues, and improve overall team performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and innovate strategies to maximize market share.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather packages and tariffs for submission to agents in your designated markets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and prompt support, ensuring maximum business acquisition.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and regularly report progress to the management team.
- Conduct client presentations, sales meetings, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to refine sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit detailed monthly sales and performance reports to the management.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2+ years of sales/business development experience in the travel industry/ DMC/ Sales/ Travel Trade/ Key Account Management/ B2B Sales
- Must be based in the assigned area for at least 4 years.
- Strong knowledge of UAE as a destination.
- Sales experience essential; operations experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Target-driven with a proven sales track record.
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
