Shipping Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage all shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and carriers to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Handle import/export documentation and resolve any related issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and documentation for auditing purposes.
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate rates with logistics partners to optimize expenses.
- Address customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in documentation and shipping, preferably in the garments export industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹26,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
