Job Description: Drop & shipping Coordinator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Drop & shipping Coordinator to manage. The Drop & shipping Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating orders, managing inventory, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery to customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Order Management: Coordinate incoming orders from various channels, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing.

2. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure sufficient stock availability for fulfilling orders. Coordinate with suppliers to replenish inventory as needed.

3. Supplier Communication: Maintain regular communication with dropshipping suppliers to track order status, resolve issues, and foster positive relationships.

4. Shipping Coordination: Arrange shipping and delivery logistics, including selecting appropriate carriers, generating shipping labels, and ensuring timely dispatch of orders.

5. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns related to shipping, delivery, and order status promptly and professionally.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels. Generate reports as needed for management review.
