About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
E-commerce Executive
to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, digital marketing activities, and day-to-day e-commerce operations to ensure smooth order processing and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and the company website.
  • Oversee drop shipping operations and coordinate with suppliers for timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate product catalogs, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Optimize listings using SEO-friendly content, keywords, and high-quality visuals to boost visibility and sales.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to execute promotions and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and product optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
