Position : D2C Shipping Executive

Experience : 2 to 4 years

Salary : 20k to 25k

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and couriers, handling exceptions and escalations efficiently.
- Implement effective cost control measures, specifically focusing on freight
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by managing service levels provided by courier partners.
- Develop and refine returns management processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure seamless integration between supply chain operations and technological advancements.
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Service team to address and resolve customer-related issues. Oversee the management of Return to Origin (RTO) and Delivery to Origin (DTO) processes.
- Collaborate with courier services to strategize for peak capacity months, optimizing delivery operations.
- Ensure timely daily pickups by couriers in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Implement effective freight management strategies for e-commerce retail shipments and conduct analytics to enhance overall efficiency.
- Monitor and expedite the resolution of high-aging orders within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). Spearhead monthly review meetings with courier partners to evaluate and enhance collaboration.
- Conduct weight audits of shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Foster positive relationships with LSPs and vendors to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial processes related to COD transactions.
- Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and internal teams for accurate COD reconciliation.
- Manage the processing of courier bills and proactively resolve any disputes that may arise.
- Verify and process bills from Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) and vendors.

**Skills & Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- 2-4 years of experience in the similar role
- Must have experience to work in Consumer product company or key account executive role in courier company like Shiprocket, Delhivery, Ecom Xpress etc.
- Must handle courier and having freight process knowledge.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Courier Company like Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
