**Job Summary**: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, guiding customers through their furniture purchase journey, and achieving sales targets. You will act as the face of our showroom, offering knowledgeable advice and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored advice on furniture options that match their style and requirements.

**Sales**: Drive sales by effectively presenting and demonstrating furniture products, closing sales, and upselling where appropriate.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the furniture products, including materials, features, and pricing, to assist customers with informed decisions.

**Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Arrange and display furniture to highlight key pieces and promotions.

**Inventory Management**: Assist with inventory tracking and management, including restocking, organizing, and processing new shipments.

**Customer Follow-Up**: Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and build long-term relationships.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and management to meet sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate/ Strong Computer proficiency

**Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture or home decor, is a plus but not mandatory.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage customers and articulate product benefits effectively.

**Sales Skills**: Strong sales skills with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Customer Focus**: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and needs while maintaining a professional demeanor.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to team success.

**Physical Requirements**: Ability to lift and move furniture as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
