Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about products and services.
- **Product Demonstration**: Showcase product features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process sales transactions, including handling payments and generating receipts.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay updated on product trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively sell products.
- **Promotional Activities**: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events or sales campaigns.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, providing reports to management as required.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation abilities; proficiency in sales software and point-of-sale systems.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions:

- Retail showroom environment with potential weekend and evening hours.
- May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of products.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
