**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Furniture Sales Executive (Business Development Executive) to join our team at Kalakruti Furnitures. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our showroom, converting their visits into sales opportunities, and managing the showroom floor. Additionally, you will act as a liaison between our interior team and clients, providing them with excellent service and resolving their furniture needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany customers in our showroom, offering personalized assistance and converting their visits into sales.
- Manage the showroom floor, ensuring attractive displays and a welcoming environment.
- Act as a link between the interior team and clients, understanding their furniture requirements and providing suitable solutions.
- Showcase and describe our full range of furniture products to customers, highlighting features and customization options.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales, leveraging various sales channels.
- Utilize basic MS Office tools (such as Excel and Word) for organizing customers data and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams, providing status updates to customers.

**Requirements**:
**Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.**

**Freshers with proactive and self-motivated attitude can also apply.**

**Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.**

**Proven experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry or a related field is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
