**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Accounts Management**
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in ERP (Zoho Books).

**2. Reconciliation & Reporting**
- Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations.
- Prepare MIS reports and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.

**3. Data Analysis & Excel Work**

Job Description: Accounts Executive
- Work on large datasets using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.).
- Support financial analysis and budgeting by preparing detailed spreadsheets and reports.

**4. ERP & Compliance**
- Manage accounting functions within Zoho Books ERP, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in coordination with the compliance team.

5. Team Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for payment tracking and invoice clarifications.
- Assist auditors during internal and external audits with necessary documents and clarifications.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and ERP systems, preferably Zoho Books and Microsoft Navision.
- Knowledge of reconciliation, GST, and TDS.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
