We're looking for a experience school principal for our **GURUCHARANAM TECH GURUKUL (Day Boarding School).**

**School Timings: 8AM to 5PM**

**Experience - 3-5 yrs (Minimum)**

**Basic Requirements**:

- Experience in school administration.
- Good verbal and writing skills; English speaking preferred
- Experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

**Job Description and** **Responsibilities**

**Leadership and Management**:

- Provide visionary leadership to the school, setting clear educational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of teachers and support staff to promote a collaborative and effective work environment.
- Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation for the school.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Work with teachers to design and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education.

**Parent and Community Engagement**:

- Foster strong relationships with parents and guardians, maintaining open and transparent communication channels.
- Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to involve parents in their child's education.
- Engage with the local community to enhance the school's visibility and support.

**Student Welfare**:

- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment that prioritizes the well-being of all students.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Implement strategies for behavior management and conflict resolution.

**Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure that the school complies with all local, state, and national regulations and licensing requirements for early childhood education.
- Maintain records and documentation related to accreditation and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
