**Key Responsibilities:**
- *Leadership and Management:*
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the school.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching practices.

**Academic Excellence**:*
- Ensure the implementation and integration of the CBSE curriculum across all grades.
- Monitor and evaluate academic programs to meet and exceed educational standards.
- Encourage the use of modern pedagogical methods and technology in the classroom.

**Student Development:**
- Promote holistic development through extracurricular activities and programs.
- Implement initiatives to support the emotional and social well-being of students.
- Maintain high standards of student discipline and conduct.

**Faculty Development**:*
- Recruit, train, and retain a high-calibre faculty and support staff.
- Provide professional development opportunities and encourage continuous learning.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.

**Community Engagement**:*
- Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and educational stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to ensure transparency and build trust within the school community.

**Qualifications**:*
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational leadership, preferably within the CBSE system.
- Proven track record of academic excellence with more than 2000 students.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students, staff, and the community.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school culture.
