- Curriculum Management: Oversee the curriculum and ensure it meets educational standards and the needs of students.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise teachers and administrative staff; conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Student Welfare: Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for students; handle disciplinary issues.
- Parent Relations: Maintain positive communication with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and involving them in school activities.
- Administrative Duties: Manage the school’s budget, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with educational regulations, and report to the school board or management.
- School Promotion: Actively participate in community outreach and school promotion to increase enrollment and enhance the school’s reputation.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: Master’s degree in Education or Educational Administration (M.Ed., MA in Education).
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role (e.g., vice-principal, department head).
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency in educational software and school management systems.
