**Position Overview**:
1. Leadership and Management:

- Oversee daily operations of the institute/school, ensuring smooth functioning of both educational and administrative departments.
- Develop and implement academic strategies, curriculums, and teaching methodologies.
- Lead, mentor, and support the teaching and administrative staff.
- Ensure adherence to educational standards and compliance with government regulations.

2. Academic Oversight:

- Monitor and improve the quality of education being delivered.
- Conduct regular meetings with faculty to discuss academic performance, student progress, and areas for improvement.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and other educational events for faculty and students.

3. Budgeting and Resource Management:

- Manage the school’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of school facilities.

4. Student Affairs:

- Ensure a positive and nurturing learning environment for students.
- Address student concerns and work on improving student engagement and performance.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

- Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding school activities and student progress.
- Collaborate with the board and management to discuss institutional goals and strategic planning.

**Qualifications**:

- PhD in Education or related field.
- Proven experience in running a college or educational institution, ideally as a Principal or Vice Principal.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both academic and administrative functions effectively.
- Familiarity with special education and aviation training programs is an advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
