**About the Role**

Edujam LLP is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team as **Academic Support Executives**. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about education and student support.

In this role, you'll focus on resolving student queries and generating references through proactive follow-ups, contributing directly to student satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand and resolve academic or technical issues efficiently and professionally
- Generate student references through regular follow-ups and engagement
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM or internal systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student support experience
- Maintain a positive, helpful, and empathetic approach at all times

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using support or tracking tools
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A learner’s mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude
