Freelance Inside Sales Representative (US Staffing) (Commission Based)

Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales.Do you excel at building relationships and closing deals.We are currently seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to join our team on a freelance basis.

Position: Freelance Inside Sales Representative

Experience : 4+ Years

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

Qualify leads through effective communication and active listening.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.

Keep accurate records of sales activities and update CRM systems.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
