Sales Executive(Manufacturing)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities in the manufacturing/industrial sector.
- Promote and sell company products to meet sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and direct clients.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
- Visit clients, explain product features, and provide technical/commercial quotations.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain records of sales, invoices, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (preferably in manufacturing/industrial sector).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them to clients.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and market visits.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
