**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to **production, raw material, stock movement, and dispatch**.
- Analyze inventory levels, consumption trends, and stock status of steel products (e.g., billets, coils, bars, rods).
- Coordinate with production and stores team to monitor material inflow and outflow.
- Generate and share detailed reports on **stock reconciliation, wastage, yield, and production planning**.
- Prepare sales and dispatch reports for management review.
- Ensure data accuracy in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or any in-house system).
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, etc.
- Track KPIs and provide alerts for deviations or abnormalities in stock or production.
- Support the finance/accounts department with stock valuation and audit support.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive operational data.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Computer Applications, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as MIS Executive in a **manufacturing/steel industry**.
- Proficiency in **Advanced Excel** (Pivot, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IFs, Macros).
- Knowledge of ERP tools like Tally, SAP, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and inventory control is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certification in Data Analytics or MIS.
- Experience working in steel, iron, or metal-based manufacturing units.
- Familiarity with production planning and dispatch tracking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
