Job Description for Store Incharge:
1. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate stock records and ensure that all items are accounted for.
Monitor stock levels and reorder items to prevent shortages or excess stock.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
2. Staff Supervision:
Supervise and train store staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assign daily tasks and ensure that staff members are following procedures.
Provide guidance on customer service, safety, and store policies.
3. Customer Service:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues related to products or services.
Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
4. Stock Organization:
Ensure that the store is well-organized, clean, and products are displayed appropriately.
Label and arrange products according to store guidelines.
Oversee product placement to optimize sales.
5. Order and Delivery Management:
Receive and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Coordinate the storage of products in the store or warehouse.
Ensure timely distribution and restocking of items.
6. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock movements, and any damage or losses.
Prepare and submit regular stock reports to management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies regarding inventory and storage.
7. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure that the store complies with all safety regulations and health standards.
Monitor and maintain store equipment and systems to prevent accidents or breakdowns.
Implement security procedures to prevent theft and loss.
8. Cash Handling (if applicable):
Manage the cash register, handle cash transactions, and process payments.
Ensure accuracy in daily cash reconciliations and bank deposits.
9. Sales Support:
Assist with setting sales targets and implementing promotions to boost sales.
Work with the sales team to achieve store revenue goals.
Monitor sales trends and report to management for planning purposes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in store or inventory management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team effectively.
Knowledge of stock management software or systems.
Basic financial understanding (for handling cash or reports).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
