**Job Description - Hospital Store Incharge & Purchase Executive**

**Role Summary**:
The Hospital Store Incharge & Purchase Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the hospital store by managing inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities. The role involves coordinating with vendors, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring timely procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables while adhering to budgetary and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities -**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of all items in the hospital store.
- Perform routine stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure proper storage of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment as per regulatory guidelines.
- Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) or first-expired, first-out (FEFO) principles for perishables.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
- **Stock Distribution**:

- Coordinate with hospital departments to fulfill supply requests.
- Prepare and dispatch items as per departmental needs while ensuring proper documentation.
- **Compliance**:

- Adhere to regulatory requirements for storage and handling of medical supplies.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- **Procurement Planning**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand their supply requirements.
- Prepare purchase plans based on hospital operations and patient care needs.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- **Purchasing Process**:

- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods.
- Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of delivered items against purchase orders.
- Handle discrepancies, returns, or defective goods with vendors.
- **Budget Management**:

- Monitor procurement expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor agreements.
- Generate and analyze procurement and inventory reports for management review.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with medical supplies, equipment, and inventory management systems.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
