**Primary Responsibilities**:
We are currently looking for an Senior IT Recruiters with around 5+ years of Staffing or Agency experience specialized in IT.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Extensive experience in cold calling, company mapping, and headhunting.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Client Business Development experience will be an added advantage (preferred but not must).

**Requirement**:

- 2 years to 10 years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Focused and self-driven.
- A staffing background is a must.
- International recruitment experience.
- Headhunting, Cold Calling, Client Coordination, Gate Crashing, Company Mapping experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
