**Position**:Dispatch Assistant (Immediate Joiner)

**ERP: Unicomerce Software knowlege is mandate**

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and review customer orders, verifying product availability, and ensuring accurate order processing.
- Schedule and coordinate the dispatch of goods or services based on customer orders, delivery timelines, and available resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, warehouse, and sales, to ensure timely availability of products for dispatch.
- Collaborate with 3PL providers, and suppliers to arrange transportation logistics, including booking vehicles, optimizing routes, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Monitor and track the movement of goods during transit.
- Ensure proper packaging, labelling, and documentation of products for safe transportation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of dispatch activities, including delivery notes, invoices, customs documentation, and other relevant paperwork.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to track and manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and update inventory records for accurate dispatch.
- Conduct regular quality checks on dispatched products to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
- Handle unforeseen situations such as transportation delays, or customer emergencies. Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.

**MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities**:

- Generate and analyze reports related to dispatch activities, transportation costs, delivery performance, and inventory levels.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required reports.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream
- 2 to 3 years of exp in dispatch operations.
- Should be Good in Excel, ERP - Unicomerce

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
