Dispatch & Packing Supervisor

**Packing Operations**:Oversee the packing process for vehicles and automotive parts, ensuring that they are packaged securely and in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure a smooth transition of finished products to the packing area.

**Quality Control**:Implement quality control measures to ensure that vehicles and parts are inspected for defects and damages before packing.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any issues and ensure that only high-quality products are dispatched.

**Inventory Management**:Monitor inventory levels of packing materials, boxes, crates, pallets and other supplies needed for packing.
Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment of packing materials to avoid shortages.

**Labeling and Documentation**:Ensure accurate labeling of vehicles and parts with essential information, including vehicle identification numbers (VINs), model details, specifications, and any required documentation.
Verify that all necessary shipping documents, certificates, and customs forms are complete and attached to the shipments.

**Logistics Coordination**:Collaborate with the logistics and transportation departments to schedule timely deliveries to dealerships, distributors, or customers.
Provide accurate dispatch instructions to logistics teams to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

**Team Management**:Lead and supervise a team of packing and dispatch personnel, ensuring that they are trained, motivated, and aligned with company goals.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any training needs.

**Safety Compliance**:Ensure that all packing and dispatch activities adhere to health and safety regulations, and implement safety training and protocols for the team.

**Process Optimization**:Identify opportunities for process improvements in packing, dispatch, and logistics operations.
Implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize errors.

**Problem Resolution**:Address any issues or challenges that arise during packing, dispatch, or transportation, such as damages, delays, or regulatory compliance concerns.
Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions and prevent future occurrences.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of packing activities, dispatch schedules, inventory levels, and quality control checks.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as packing efficiency, delivery accuracy, and safety compliance.
- Previous experience in logistics, packaging, or manufacturing, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control processes, and logistics operations.
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems used in packing, labeling, and dispatch operations.
- To assist dispatch assistants in prioritizing the calls and deliveries on the basis of urgency of delivery
- To supervise prompt dispatch of the orders received within the specified time line of the organization
- To collect and provide the information to dispatch assistants for onward transmission to field staff regarding orders, traffic routes, traffic obstacles if any
- To review the data of each order and dispatch status in the computer system
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirementTo assist dispatch assistants in prioritizing the calls and deliveries on the basis of urgency of delivery
- To supervise prompt dispatch of the orders received within the specified time line of the organization
- Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirement

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
