Our team in **Mumbai** currently has an opening for a **Customer Support Executive**

>

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- The purpose of the role is to provide support for pre-sales & post-sales activities for Internal customers as well as External Customers majorly related to Bulk Solvent. E2E coordination with sales team in order to ensure high customer satisfaction, within the sales support function of Brenntag India. This would be a support service & an individual contributor role.
- Be the first point of contact for customers and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all purchase orders/ sales orders of the Bulk Solvent Business.
- Keep the customers informed about any unforeseen delay or problems in deliveries of the consignment.
- Handle issues raised by the internal sales, finance & supply chain team as well as the suppliers.
- Coordination with Sales, Finance, SCM, Supplier and Buyer and also complete all SAP related activity
- Maintaining Shipment tracker and also sharing the same on weekly basis to all concerned
- Well versed with Bond to Bond, HSS documentation.
- Assist the business manager in preparing & organizing the promotional activities/ customer roadshows/exhibition and the sales team for sales support analysis.
- Coordinate/follow-up with the customers for timely collection of payments.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Any graduate from a reputed college/university.

Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in the sales coordination/ customer service function of reputed manufacturing/distribution organizations.

Basic knowledge of Bulk Solvent Business and supplier’s products

Knowledge of MS- Office
SAP knowledge
Proficiency in English language (written & verbal)
Client servicing/customer focus
Problem solving

Should be patient and polite.

Must have the ability to build good relationships with the customers & suppliers.
