Key Responsibilities:
- **Greeting visitors and clients**: Providing a warm and professional welcome.
- **Answering phone calls**: Managing incoming calls, providing information, and transferring calls as needed.
- **Managing the front desk**: Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Scheduling appointments**: Booking meetings and managing calendars.
- **Administrative tasks**: Handling mail, making copies, filing documents, and preparing travel arrangements.
- **Customer service**: Addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for visitors and clients.
Additional Responsibilities:
- **Maintaining a logbook**: Tracking visitor information and ensuring security protocols are followed.
- **Issuing visitor badges**: Providing temporary access for visitors.
- **Supporting HR and Operations**: Assisting with scheduling interviews or onboarding new hires.
- **Ordering office supplies**: Monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.

Qualifications:
