
International Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide administrative support.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials and product presentations.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Follow up with clients for payments and order confirmations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales support or coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
